植物体细胞无性系变异技术的研究进展

摘    要:伴随着组织培养技术的快速发展,植物体细胞无性系变异技术在育种中的地位逐渐上升。利用体细胞无性系变异结合诱变育种技术简称为离体诱变(in vitromutagenesis)育种。这项技术越来越多地被应用于育种工作,并且取得了重要进展,其成果已对人们的生产生活产生了深刻影响。文章探讨了植物体细胞无性系变异的细胞学和分子生物学基础及其影响因素,论述了诱变技术和离体诱变技术的研究进展及应用现状,并对体细胞无性系变杂技术的应用前景作了展望。

Abstract:With the fast development of tissue culture technology,the importance of its technology for somaclone variation of plants is increasing in breeding.The mutagenesis breeding in vitro is applied in plants by somaclone variation combining mutation breeding technology.This technology is applied in breeding more and more and the great progresses have been achieved.Its achievements have an influence on people's life and crop production.In the paper,the cytology,foundation of molecular biology and influence factors of somaclone variation in plants were briefly introduced,and the development and current status of technology for mutation and mutagenesis in vitro were discussed;the application perspective of technology for somaclone variation was also prospected.
