| 摘 要： | 实证分析了整体推进乡村农业企业化的龙头企业带动、农村城市化、资源整合和以企带村、村企合一、以企代村等6种模式,通过分析得出"重点发展内生性农业企业,引导和规范外生性农业企业发展;农业企业化是农业产业化的深化和升级;农业企业化有可能成为农业产业化的替代战略"等3点理论新认识,以及创立了整体解决"三农"问题、真正意义上的市场化运作、整体利益联结、传统农户改造和新型农业企业家培育等5种新模式。

| Abstract: | A positive analysis was conducted to study six models of overall progress of rural areas,which includes driving by leading enterprises,urbanization of rural areas,resources integration,developing villages by enterprises,integrating villages and enterprises,substituting villages by enterprises.From the analysis,three new theoretical understandings were concluded that include devoting major efforts to develop endogenous agricultural enterprises;agricultural enterprization as the deepening and upgrading of agricultural industrialization;and agricultural enterprization as the substitution strategy for agricultural industrialization.And five new models were founded which include overall solving "three F(farm,farmer and farming)" problem,real market operation,the bonding of the whole interest,the transformation of traditional farmers and the culture of new agricultural entrepreneurs. |
