摘    要:氮肥施用对农作物增产具有重要作用,同时也会对环境造成污染,因而如何提高氮肥利用率,减少氮肥对环境的污染一直是研究的热点问题1。5N示踪技术作为氮素研究的有效工具被广泛应用于多种作物上。采用15N示踪技术,了解大豆、水稻、烟草、小麦等对肥料氮和土壤氮的利用率,不同来源氮在其体内的吸收、分配和运转规律,从而为各作物的合理施肥提供科学依据,对研究如何减少氮肥施用、提高氮肥利用率、提高作物产量具有重要的作用和意义。

Abstract:The application of nitrogen fertilizer is of important roles in increasing the yield of crops,but at the same time it also could contaminate the environment.Therefor,how to increase the utilization rate of nitrogen and minimize the contamination of nitrogen fertilizer to environment are always the hot problems of research.As an effective method for nitrogen research,the 15N tracing technique is widely applied on many types of crops.Applying 15N tracing technique,the nitrogen utilization rate of fertilizer and soil for soybean,rice,tobacco and wheat etc.,and the accumulation,distribution and translocation trend of different resources of nitrogen in these crops were known,it will provide the scientific basis on the suitable fertilization of various crops,and will be of important roles and significance in the study on reducing the application amount of nitrogen fertilizer and increasing the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer and the yield of crops.
