| 摘 要： | 综述了离体保存技术在果树种质资源保存方面的研究进展,对种子保存、组织培养技术保存做了介绍,同时重点从离体材料选择、材料预处理、冰冻保护剂、解冻方法等方面总结了超低温保存的原理、程序、方法及影响因素,展望了果树种质资源离体保存技术的应用前景。

| Abstract: | The research progress on the preservation in vitro technique for the germplasm resources preservation of fruit trees was reviewed in this paper,where seed storage and tissue culture methods for preservation were also introduced.Moreover,the principle,procedure,methods and effect factors of ultra-cryopreservation were summarized mainly from the selection of materials in vitro,pretreatment of materials,cryoprotectant and defrost method,and so on.The application prospects of preservation in vitro technique for germplasm resources of fruit trees were discussed. |
