| 摘 要： | 2010年7月某养牛场肉牛开始发病,临床症状表现为食欲下降,流鼻,体温升高,呼吸困难等,病程7d至1月,病牛因极度虚弱而死亡.为查明病因并制定有效的综合防控措施,对其中5头病死牛肺和脾等内脏器官进行病理学观察、细菌分离鉴定以及药敏试验.病理组织学观察显示,肺表现为纤维素性大叶性肺炎病变,肺细支气管、肺泡腔内有大量中性粒...
