| Abstract: | Two hundred and sixty-seven non-immune pig sera which were collected at different times,in different regions and from different sources were tested with pleuropneumonia indirect hemagglutination antibody detection kit,in order to find out the prevalence of porcine pleuropneumonia in Hunan province.The results showed that the total positive rates were 34.46%,among which the positive rate was 61.67% in sows,48.57% in 30-day-old pigs,7.76%in 60-day-old pigs and 22.54% in 90-day-old pigs.The above results indic... |
