摘    要:在真丝纤维的接枝反应体系中添加适量的阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)以提高单体甲基丙烯酰胺(MAA)的利用率。研究SDBS对引发剂过硫酸钾(KPS)分解过程及单体MAA接枝反应速率的影响,结果表明:当接枝反应体系中加入1.6×10-5 mol/L SDBS后,SDBS与丝素蛋白、单体MAA分子之间电荷的相互作用,中和了丝素蛋白与MAA间的斥力,更多的MAA分子参与到接枝反应中,提高了接枝真丝纤维的反应速率,使单体利用率提高10个百分点左右;SDBS的加入使引发剂KPS的分解偏离一级反应,降低了单位时间内真丝纤维上吸附KPS的浓度,提高了接枝聚合物的平均分子质量。因此,在采用单体MAA接枝真丝纤维的反应体系中加入阴离子表面活性剂SDBS可提高单体利用率,从而降低生产成本。

Abstract:In present study,an appropriate quantity of anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) was added in silk fiber grafting reaction system to increase the utilization rate of monomer methacrylamide(MAA).An investigation to the influence of SDBS on decomposition of the initiator potassium persulfate(KPS) and grafting reaction rate of the MAA showed that,after adding SDBS 1.6×10-5 mol/L into the grafting reaction system,the charge interaction between SDBS and silk fibroin,MAA molecules had neutralized repulsion between silk fibroin and MAA molecules,allowing more MAA molecules to participate in grafting reaction.The reaction rate of silk fiber grafting was increased and the monomer utilization rate was raised by approximately 10 percentage points.The addition of SDBS made KPS decomposition deviate from first order reaction,thus reducing unit time KPS concentration adsorbed on silk fibers and enhancing the average molecular weight of grafted polymers.Therefore,while using MAA to graft silk fibers,adding anionic surfactant SDBS into the grafting reaction system can increase the monomer utilization rate and thus reduce production cost.
