摘    要:本研究旨在通过对内蒙古黑猪成年母猪后肠木聚糖降解菌的分离、筛选及鉴定,并对比研究筛选菌和瘤胃液对饲草纤维降解的作用,获得可高效降解木聚糖的菌株.以木聚糖为唯一碳源,根据筛选平板上菌株透明圈大小和发酵液中木聚糖酶活性分离得到了2株活性较高的木聚糖降解菌(分别命名为ZF和MZ).经形态学观察和16S rDNA核苷酸序列分析...
