| 摘 要： | 主要对《草原法》规定的应予追究刑事责任的严重破坏草原行为的刑法适用规则进行分析，罪名包括滥用职权罪、玩忽职守罪；贪污罪、挪用公款罪；非法批准征用、占用土地罪；非法转让、倒卖土地使用权罪；非法占用农用地罪等。虽然《刑法》中缺乏专门针对草原犯罪的独立罪名，但是在现行的法律体系中仍应依据现有刑事法律规范坚决打击草原犯罪行为，以切实保护草原。 |
