黄体酮聚乳酸微球制备及其体外释药特性研究

摘    要:本试验旨在制备黄体酮聚乳酸微球,并考察其体外释药性能。以包封率、载药量为主要评价指标,考察制备黄体酮微球的主要影响因素,筛选出最佳工艺条件。扫描电子显微镜观察微球形态,紫外—可见分光光度法测定微球的包封率、载药量和体外释药特性。最佳工艺所制备的微球光滑、圆整、均匀、分散性好,包封率为(80.60±1.00)%,载药量为(10.63±0.05)%,在7 d内累积释药率达53.41%。制备微球包封率和载药量高,具有明显的缓释效果,能有效地延长药物作用时间。
