| 摘 要： | 酶联免疫吸附法(Enzyme-linkend immunsorbent assay,ELISA)是指固相吸附技术和免疫酶技术相结合的一种方法,是一项先进的免疫化学测定技术。因其具有特异性高、敏感性强、结果易于检测等特点,常用于对饲料中某些违禁药品、添加剂及有害微生物的筛检和毒素的检测,是饲料安全检测中的一项新技术。
