论新桂系土地改革的理论与实践

新桂系为了巩固其在广西的统治基础，主张在不触动封建生产关系的前提下，实行有限度的土地改革。他们以孙中山的平均地权思想为依据，制订了一些土地改革政策，其中不乏进步的因素。但是，新桂系的土地政策并没有得到真正落实，他们所开展的“减租限田”运动也偏离了土地改革的方向。

On the Theory and Practice of the New Guangxi Faction''s Land Reform

In order to consolidate the government in Guangxi,the New Guangxi Faction carried out limited land reform that didn't change the feudal production relations slighty,formulated policy of land reform according to Sun Yat-sen's idea of land reform averaging land property right.Some policies were progressive,however,the New Guangxi Faction's policy of land reform,and the campaign of reduction of rent and limiting the quantity of land' also deviated the orientation of land reform.
