鹅源禽副粘病毒GPMV/QY97-1株的生物学特性

摘    要:对新近分离到的鹅源禽副粘病毒GPMV/QY97-1株的生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明,该病毒粒子在电镜下呈球形,直径121~250nm,表面有纤突,能凝集鸡的红细胞,血凝反应能被I型禽副粘病毒阳性血清所抑制,由此初步判定该病毒属于I型禽副粘病毒,该病毒人工感染1、14、28、48日龄的鹅,发病率均为100%。致死率分别为100%、87.5%、62.5%、12.5%;人工感染25日龄的鸡,发病率和致

Abstract:The biological characteristics of an avian para my xovirus isolate, strain GPMV/QY97-1 showing pathogenicity to geese, were charac terized. The results were as follows spherical virons 121-250 nm in diameter a nd surface covered with spikes were observed under electron microscopy. The viru s could agglutinate chicken erythrocyes, and the hemagglutination reaction could be inhibited by standard antiserum of paramyxovirus-1. So the virus was identi fied as paramyxovirus-1. The morbidity of 1,14,28,48-day-old goose challenged with GPMV/QY97-1 was 100%. and the mortality was 100%、87.5%、62.5%、12.5%, r espectively. Both the morbidity and mortality of 25-day-old chicken challenged with GPMV/QY97-1 was 100%. But ducks appeared to be not affected in artificial infection.
