摘    要:通过以不同用量(种子干重的2%、4%、6%和8%)的黄芪种衣剂包衣为处理,以ND牌种衣剂(种子干重的8%)包衣和空白种子为双对照,比较研究在不同处理条件下,膜荚黄芪植物地上部分、地下部分生物性状及产量发生变化情况。结果表明,黄芪种衣剂包衣处理后,黄芪的根粗、主根体积明显增加,主根和茎的干物质重量显著提高。表明黄芪种衣剂的使用可以提高中药材黄芪的品质与产量。

Abstract:Biological characteristics of Astragalus membranaceus treated by seed coating of different concentrations (2%, 4%, 6% and 8% of seed dry weight) were studied in the research under the double controls of seed coated with ND seed coating (8% of seed dry weight) and uncoated seeds. Biological characteristics of the parts of Astragalus membranaceus above and under ground, and the yield were compared under different geological conditions.
