抽穗期施氮肥对不同类型小麦籽粒蛋白质组分的影响

摘    要:抽穗期施氮肥可提高小麦籽粒的全氮含量、总可溶性蛋白质量及游离态氨基酸与游离态赖氨酸量等。15N丰度的测定结果表明,籽粒发育过程中氮素积累的总量逐渐增多,但含氮量却逐渐减少;籽粒发育过程中前期阶段是氮素积累占主要地位,后期是光合产物积累的主要阶段。

Abstract:Applying nitrogen fertilizer at heading stage could enhance contents of total nitrogen,total soluble protein,free amino acids and free lysine in wheat grains.The results of 15N abundance analysis of grains showed that nitrogen accumulations were increased in number during the grain growth,but the N% was declined.All these indicated that the photosynthetic products were accumulated mainly at the late stage,while nitrogen was accumulated mainly at the heading stage.
