| 摘 要： | 用２０Ｇｙ、４０Ｇｙ、５０Ｇｙ、６０Ｇｙ、７０Ｇｙ６０Ｃｏ射线辐照处理萌动的杜仲种子，通过幼苗成株率及外部形态变异状况分析，６０Ｇｙ辅射处理变异率高；用００５％、０１％、０２％的秋水仙素处理幼苗生长点，结果表明０１％秋水仙素诱导变异率较高。

| Abstract: | Germinating seeds were treated with 60Co radiation at 20 Gy30 Gy40 Gy50 Gy60 Gy and 70 Gy for Eucommia ulmoides . The result showed that there was a high variability with 60 Gy radiation by examining the survival rate and morphological variation.Colchicine was used to treat seedling growing point at concentrations of 005%, 01% and 02%,respectively.The highest rate of variation was found at 01% of colchicine. |
