| 摘 要： | 通过RT-PCR扩增得到了黄瓜绿斑驳花叶病毒（Cucumber Green Mottle Mosaic Virus,CGMMV）山东泰安南瓜分离物（CGMMV-TANG）的外壳蛋白基因,经过序列分析,该分离物外壳蛋白（CP）基因全长486个核苷酸,由161个氨基酸组成。对CP基因核苷酸序列进行同源性比较和构建系统进化树,并结合寄主来源及地域来源进行分析,结果表明该病毒的不同分离物在分组上与地域有一定的关系。

| Abstract: | The CP gene of CGMMV-TANG was amplified by RT-PCR from pumpkin in Taian City,Shandong Province.The sequence analysis showed that the CP gene consisted of 486 nucleotides encoding 161 amino acids.The homology comparison of CP gene nucleotide sequence was carried out,the phylogenetic tree was constructed,and the origin of hosts and terrains were analyzed.The results showed that the classification of the CGMMV isolates related to the terrains at some degree. |
