| 摘 要： | 培养创新人才、提高教育质量问题是大家共同关心的问题。本提出，为保障教育质量，一是转变教育观念，加强对创新人才培养工作的领导；二是推进教学内容教学方法改革；三是强化实验实践教学；四是建设具有创新精神的教师队伍；五是建立有利于学生个性发展的教学管理制度；六是创造科学的教学质量保障体系。

| Abstract: | culturing innovative talents and improving education qualitys was a common problems. In order to improve education quality, this paper analysed the improving the teaching quality through innovating teaching management from the following aspects: transforming the traditional educatian concepts, Strengthening the leading to culture of innvotive talents, reforming in teaching contents, reforming in teaching methods and means, improving practical teaching, constructing teacher teams with innovative spirits, setting up teaching management system of profiting to develope student's personality. Second, increating scientific quaranty system of teaching quality. |
