议当代中国农村的土地规模经营

土地规模经营已成为当前进一步深化农村改革的热门话题,但是在认识上仍存在一些问题。我国当代农村实施土地规模经营受到的阻碍,通过经济理论、中国农村客观要求和实践证明3个方面分析了土地规模经营是否适合我国农村的发展,得出当代中国农村应该发展适度规模经营的结论,并提出了如何在农村实施土地的规模经营的政策建议。

Discussion on Scale Land Use in Contemporary Chinese Rural Areas

The scale land use has already become one of the hottest issues of further deepening rural reform at present,while some problems still exist.The hinder of scale land use in contemporary Chinese rural areas are analyzed from the aspects of economic theory,objective requirement for Chinese rural areas and practices.The results show that the moderate scale management should be developed in contemporary Chinese rural areas.The policy suggestions of carrying out scale land use are proposed.
