摘    要:2008年8月-2009年10月在福建省连江县江南乡花坞村研究了不同生育期、不同品种菜用大豆对烟粉虱Bemisiatabaci(Gennad ius)]的抗性。结果表明,苗后期3个品种菜用大豆的每株烟粉虱虫口密度不存在显著差异,说明3个品种在苗期和初花期对烟粉虱的抗虫性无显著差异。从盛花期到成熟期,2808的烟粉虱虫口密度远远低于台湾毛豆75和茶豆;经LSD法检验,2808和台湾毛豆75,2808和茶豆的烟粉虱虫口密度存在极显著差异,但台湾毛豆75和茶豆的烟粉虱虫口密度则无显著差异,说明3个品种中2808更抗烟粉虱为害,而茶豆最易被烟粉虱为害。

Abstract:The study on the resistance of different development stage of vegetable soybean cultivars to Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius) was carried out from August,2008 to October,2009.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the population of B.tabaci among three cultivars during the late seedling stage,and indicated that different cultivars of vegetable soybean had no obviously different resistance to B.tabaci.However,from the peak stage of flower to maturity stage,the population of B.tabaci in 2808 cultivar field was much more lower than that in Tanwan 75 and Chadou.According to the LSD-Test,there was significant difference between 2808 and Tanwan 75 or between 2808 and Chadou,but there was no obvious difference between Chadou and Tanwan 75.The results indicated that the cultivar 2808 was more resistant to B.tabaci than Chadou and Tanwan 75,while Chadou was more easily injured by B.tabaci.
