超临界CO_2萃取芦柑籽油的工艺优化

摘    要:研究了超临界CO2流体技术萃取芦柑籽油的工艺条件。结果表明,超临界CO2萃取芦柑籽油最优工艺条件:萃取压力25 MPa、CO2流量25 L·h-1、萃取温度40℃、萃取时间150 min,所得芦柑籽油萃取率为42.65%。气相色谱—质谱联用(GC-MS)分析表明,芦柑籽油含10,13-十八碳二烯酸(36.37%)、(Z)-9-油酸(29.42%)、棕榈酸(27.95%)、硬脂酸(3.54%)、亚麻酸(2.71%),不饱和脂肪酸含量高达68.10%。

Abstract:The processing conditions for the extraction of oil from mandarin orange seed by supercritical CO2 fluid technology were investigated.The results showed that the optimal conditions for the extraction were extraction pressure 25 MPa,CO2 flow 25 L·h-1,temperature 40 ℃,time 150 min.The extraction rate reached 42.65%.Analysis of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) showed that oil from mandarin orange seed contained 10,13-octadecadienoic acid(36.37%),(Z)-9-octadecanoic acid(29.42%),hexadecanoic acid(27.95%),octadecanoic acid(3.54%),9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid(2.71%),and unsaturated fat was 68.10%.
