氮肥对菠菜产量和硝酸盐含量的影响

摘    要:盆栽试验结果表明,不同氮肥品种中以硫酸铵最好,菠菜产量高且硝酸盐含量低;菠菜产量和硝酸盐含量随氮肥用量增加而增加,氮肥用量宜控制在1.92g/盆(相当于360kgN/hm^2)以下。氮肥施用方式以基肥为主,追肥为辅,即前重后轻的方式较好。菠菜的收获时间至少应在追肥两周后进行,以保证上市质量。

Abstract:Different nitrogenous fertilizers and different application amounts of nitrogen fertilizer are adopted to investigate their influences on the yield and nitrate content of spinach in a pot trial. This study demonstrates that (NH4)2SO4 is the first choice of nitrogen fertilizer in relation to increasing yield of spinach and decreasing content of nitrate.NH4Cl and (NH4)2CO3 are the second. The proper nitrogen fertilizer is under 1.92g per pot (20cm×20cm) (equal to 360kgN/ha) and proper manner of applying N fertilizer is 70% N of a dose as basal application and 30% N of the dose as top fertilization.
