种子包衣肥对直播早稻秧苗生长及 生化指标的影响

摘    要:用种子包衣肥包衣早稻种子,通过田间直播试验,首次研究了水稻种子包衣肥对直播早稻秧苗生长及生化指标的影响。结果表明,早稻种子按1:50、1:70、1:90包衣比用种子包衣肥包衣处理之后,除出苗率略低于CK外,3种包衣处理的其它苗素质和生化指标都优于CK;其中1:70包衣处理的成秧率、苗高、总根数、白根数、干重、单位干重、根系活力、游离脯氨酸含量、叶绿素含量方面分别比CK提高了8.4%、2.1%、18.8%、4.4%、19.3%、10.8%、44.9%、32.9%、14.6%,优于其它包衣比。

Abstract:Effects of seed coating fertilizer on seedling growth and biochemic indicator of direct-seeded early rice were firstly studied by means of experiment of field direct-seeding with rice seed coated by seed coating fertilizer. The results show that the seedling growth and the indicators of biochemistry of the rice seed was coated by seed coating fertilizer with the coating rate of 1:50, 1:70, 1:90 were superior to those of CK, except germination rate is slightly lower. The seedling rate, seedling height, number of total roots, number of white roots, dry weight, unit dry weight, root activity, free proline content and Chlorophy ll content of coated seed with the coating rate of 1:70, increased by 8.4%, 2.1%, 18.8%, 4.4%, 19.3%, 10.8%, 44.9%, 32.9%, 14.6% compared with CK, respectively, which were better than those of the other coating rates.
