超声造影在肝癌射频消融治疗前后的应用价值

目的探讨超声造影技术在肝癌射频消融前后的应用价值。方法 56例肝癌患者接受射频消融治疗,于治疗前后采用超声造影技术对其中65个病灶进行造影超声检查。结果射频消融前,造影增强超声显示65个病灶表现为动脉早期抱球状、弥漫或轻度增强;治疗后病灶超声造影检查结果与MRI增强检查结果一致（Kappa〉0.70,P〈0.05）,明显优于常规彩超结果（Kappa〈0.40,P〉0.05）。结论超声造影可以帮助了解患者肝癌病灶的大小、数目和肿瘤血管等信息,有助于射频消融方案的制定及疗效的评估。

Application of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in radiofrequency ablation therapy of hepatic carcinoma

Objective To investigate the clinical value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography（CEUS） before and after radiofrequency ablation（RFA） of liver cancer.Methods Fifty-six patients with liver cancer undergoing RFA received CEUS before and after therapy.Results Sixty-five lesions before RFA showed ball-carrying sign,diffuse or mild enhancement at the early artery phase.CEUS results of these lesions after RFA were similar to those of enhanced MRI（Kappa〈0.40,P〉0.05）,but superior to those of color ultrasonography（Kappa〈0.40,P〉0.05）.Conclusion CEUS can provide more information about size,number and feeding vessels of the tumor before RFA,and is helpful for selecting treatment protocol and evaluating therapeutic effect.
