甘蔗品种抗旱性综合评价

摘    要:研究人工干旱胁迫对vmc88-354、C266-70、云蔗04-241、新台糖22、桂糖11和云蔗04-621等6个甘蔗品种保护酶SOD和POD活性、Pro及Chl含量等生理指标的影响。通过模糊综合评判和聚类分析对试验数据进行综合评价,结果表明:6个品种抗旱性可分为强、较强、一般三种类型,其中云蔗04-241为抗旱性强;C266-70、vmc88-354和桂糖11为抗旱性较强;新台糖22和云蔗04-621为抗旱性一般。抗旱性综合评价可为抗旱甘蔗品种的推广提供依据。

Abstract:The influence of water stress on acdvity of enzyme SOD and POD, and content d Pro and Cld in six sugarcane varieties were studied and comprehensively evaluated. The result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and duster analysis indicated that six sugarcane varieties were classified into three types, sequenced by drought resistance, the first type was YZ04-241, the second was C266-70, VMC88-354 and GT11, and the third was ROC2.2 and YZ04-621.
