苹果枝干轮纹病分生孢子器开口散孢规律和防治技术

摘    要:1995~1997年对苹果枝干轮纹病分生孢子器开口散孢规律调查研究,结果表明,孢子器开口是其发育过程中的一个生理现象,一般在2月开始出现,5~6月达全年最高峰,以后慢慢减少,7~10月遇较长时间降雨,开口数目会上升,但以后逐渐下降,至10月底达最低点,11~1月鲜有开口。通过6月份施药和3月份施药进行防治试验对比,结果发现6月份施药防治效果显著高于休眠期防治。

Abstract:To design a disease control management approach, spore discharge of pycnidia of Physalospora piricola from infected apple branches was studied both in laboratory and in field from 1995 to 1997. The spore discharge of field pycnidia was first found in Feburary. Physalospora piricola in branches produced the most dicharging pycnidia in May and June. During the next four months, the sum of discharging pycnidia discreased. In this period, however, it would be recovred if encounted long-term rains. From November through Janurary, the infected branches produced few discharging pycnidia. It was proved to be true that converting disease control in March to June received better effects in apple orchards in Tangshan city.
