蓖麻蚕蛹的冷藏试验研究

摘    要:本报告了笔在巴西工作期间,针对蓖麻蚕种茧玲藏这一重要技术环节做的一系列试验。试验结果表明:在常规饲养的情况下,种茧在最适宜的发育阶段.用5℃冷藏在90天以内时,只要技术措施得当,羽化、交尾、产孵情况基本正常。冷藏90天以上,上述各项指标的变化十分明显,显示出有不良的影响。蓖麻蚕蛹在冷藏过程中蛹体重量的减轻程度与冷藏时间的长短、蛹的性别、冷藏容器的密闭程度有关,这些因素也直接影响到羽化、交尾及产卵。蓖麻蚕品种、饲料种类、饲养和结茧的温湿度以及饲养水平对蛹的冷藏期限都有显的影响。

Abstract:The experiments on the techniques for cold storage of erisilkworm pupae were conducted in Brazil . The result showed that when erisilkworm pupae in favour developmental stage were stored at 5 within 90 days, the erisilkworm pupae were still good in emergence , copulation and egg laying , if the techniques are used correctly . when erisilkworm pupae were stored at 5 over 90 days , the above results showed disadvantageous change . the weight lost of erisilkworm pupae in the cold storage was related with cold storge time , pupa sex and water content of pupae in container , which had disadvantageous influences on emergence,copulation and amount laid eggs . There were obvious influences of erisilkworm race , food , temperature and humidity in rearing and cocooning and rearing level on cold storage time of the pupae .
