| 摘 要： | 流式细胞术是一种具有快速、灵敏、多参数同步检测优点的细胞分析技术,目前已经广泛地应用于植物遗传学、植物生理学等多个研究领域。本文简单介绍了流式细胞仪的结构和工作原理,并对近年来流式细胞术在植物学研究中的最新应用进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Flow cytometry(FCM) as an cell analysis technique with the advantages of rapidity,sensitivity and synchronization of multi-parameter detection,has been widely used in many plant research fields such as plant genetics and plant physiology in recent years.The structures and principles of FCM are briefly described,and its latest applications in plant research are reviewed. |
