摘    要:以1年生合作杨扦插苗为材料,研究了叶面喷施水杨酸(SA)预处理对机械损伤胁迫下叶片中抗氧化酶活性、过氧化氢(H2O2)含量以及氧自由基(O2-).产生速率的影响。研究结果表明:SA能明显促进合作杨损伤叶片中O2-.产生速率和H2O2含量的增加,并对合作杨损伤叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性具有抑制作用。因此,SA可能是通过抑制抗氧化酶的活性,使伤害信号分子H2O2获得积累,并由H2O2传递伤害信号,诱导了合作杨的伤害防御反应。

Effects of Salicylic Acid on Reactive Oxygen Species Metabolism in Poplar Leaves under Mechanical Damage Stress

Abstract:With 1 year old poplar (P. simoniixP, pyramidaliscv. 'Opera 8277') as materials, the effects of SA on antioxidant enzymes activities, H202 contents and O2^- producing rate in poplar leaves under mechanical damage stress were studied. The results showed that SA could significantly increase the level of O2^- and H202 in damaged leaves, and also SA could inhibit the activity of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, CAT, APX, POD). Therefore, SA might induce the accumulation of H2O2 by inhibiting the activity of antioxidant enzymes, and H2O2 used as signal molecule to pass wound information and induce poplar defense response.
