| Abstract: | Colleges and universities must establish a modern library in the information age. This article starts from the problems of university libraries in the construction, provides some measures such as strengthening the information technol- ogy strategy, improving the comprehensive quality of the librarians, in order to strengthen the construction of university li- braries and to ensure the healthy development of university libraries. |
