我国蘑菇病毒的初步研究

摘    要: 从北京、上海、福建收集生长正常与异常的双孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)的子实体及菌丝进行病毒提取及电镜观察。在感病蘑菇子实体中找到多种病毒颗粒。球形病毒颗粒直径32~34毫微米较常见,直径25及70毫微米颗粒偶尔可见。两种棒状颗粒,一种是20×130毫微米,中心有一条宽的槽;另一种是19×350毫微米,中心有槽,外形与烟草花叶病毒相似,荷兰有过报告。还有长为110~160毫微米的棍棒状颗粒,一端圆形膨大直径35~50毫微米,和一种具有尾状物的颗粒。这两种颗粒和Lesemann,Albouy在超薄切片与提取液中发现的严重的蘑菇病害相关的棍棒状,多态性病毒形态相似。

Abstract:Viruses from fruitbodies and mycelium of mushroom(Agaricus bisporus) collected from Beijing,Shanghai and Fujian have been isolated.Several types of viruses have been found in the extracts of diseased mushroom.Spherical virus particles 32~34 nm in diameter occurred frequently,where-as particles of about 25 nm and 70 nm can be observed only in small amounts.Two types of rod-shaped particles appeared in diseased mushrooms,one with an axial canal measuring 20 nm×130 nm,the other with a central canal measuring 19 nm×350 nm.The latter particles with a similar morphology have been recorded in Netherlands.In this study weal so descricribed a club-shaped particles and particles with tail-like structures associated with diseased mushroom.The particles were 130 nm~190 nm long and showed one prominent,rounded end,35~50nm in diameter,all of them are similar in appearance to particles observed earlier in thin sections and extracts of diseased mushroom by Lesemann and Albouy.
