摘要：	通过对ms91(t)基因定位,对sh38/C18、sh38/N 1等F2群体的多态性、育性、偏分离等进行了比较。结果表明,采用多群体定位,可以方便地对目标基因定位。本文还对已有基因组计划定位群体及其它群体进行了比较和讨论。

Abstract:	By the mapping of ms91(t), it was analyzed the polymorphism, fertility, segregation distortion of F_2 population of sh38/C18, sh38/N-1 and so on. The results indicate that it can facilitate the mapping of the target gene by adopting the mapping of more population. Meanwhile, the mapping population of the genome project of rice and other population are compared and discussed.
