| 摘 要： | 个性化服务是现代图书馆业务运行的发展趋势。改变传统的服务方式,构建以用户为中心的图书馆业务运行模式,是目前我国图书馆改革发展的突出任务。其内涵主要是提高技术基础条件,建立完善的新型服务体系。
