中国竹藤标准体系构建的思考

标准是经济活动和社会发展的技术支撑，是产业健康发展的基础。中国是世界上竹藤标准数量最多、体系最完善的国家，标准数量占世界标准的90%以上。标准体系是为标准的实施和制修订进行规划并提供依据，既是标准化的顶层设计工作又是标准化的基本建设工作。文章分析了全国竹藤标准化技术委员会归口管理的国家和行业标准现状，根据竹藤标准体系构建的目标、思路、依据和原则，提出了构建及实施建议，以期为科学合理制修订竹藤标准提供依据。

Thoughts on the Development of Bamboo and Rattan Standard System in China

Standards are the technical support for economic activities and social development, acting as the basis for the healthy development of industries. China boasts the largest number of bamboo and rattan standards, accounting for more than 90% of the world total, and the most improved standard systems. Standard system is to plan and provide basis for the implementation, development and revision of standards. It is not only the top-level design but also the essential work of standardization. This paper reviews the current state of national and industrial standards under centralized management by National Technical Committee on Bamboo and Rattan of Standardization Administration of China. Suggestions are put forward around the development and implementation of bamboo and rattan standard system according to its objectives, rationale, foundation and principles, with the expectation to to provide basis for science-based development and revision of bamboo and rattan standards.
