摘    要:叶绿素荧光作为研究光合作用的有效探针已经得到广泛应用。为研究不同竹种的光合作用及其环境适应能力,利用PAM-2100荧光测定仪测定了5个竹种叶片叶绿素荧光参数。结果表明:随着光化光照射时间的延长,安吉金竹(Phyllostachys parvifolia)、白哺鸡竹(P.dulcis)、斑竹(P.bambusoides)、茶秆竹(Pseudosasa amabilis)和鹅毛竹(Shibataea chinensis)离体叶片的非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ)、PSII实际光合效率[Y(Ⅱ)]、光化学淬灭系数(qP)、通过PSⅡ的相对电子传递速率(rETR)等参数呈现逐渐升高并最终平稳的变化过程。5个竹种的Fv/Fm值为0.767~0.788。相关性分析表明,Y(II)与NPQ呈显著负相关(r=-0.917),与qPrETR呈显著正相关(r=0.995和1.000);NPQqPrETR呈显著负相关(r=-0.892和-0.920);qPrETR呈显著正相关(r=0.995)。研究结果可为进一步研究不同竹种的光合作用特性及选择其适宜生长环境提供参考依据。

Abstract:As an effective probe for photosynthesis study, chlorophyll fluorescence has been widely used. In order to study the photosynthesis and environmental adaptability of different bamboo species, the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of the leaves of 5 bamboo species are determined by using a chlorophyll fluorometer (PAM-2100). The results show that with the extension of actinic light irradiation time, the NPQ, Y(Ⅱ), qP, and rETR of the leaves from Phyllostachys parvifolia, P. dulcis, P. bambusoides, Pseudosasa amabilis, Shibataea chinensis have gradually increased finally to a stable state. The Fv/Fm values of the five bamboo species range from 0.767 to 0.788. Correlation analysis shows that the Y(II) is significantly negatively correlated with NPQ (r=-0.917), and positively correlated with qP and rETR (r=0.995 and 1.000). The NPQ is negatively correlated with qP and rETR (r=-0.892 and -0.920) respectively. The qP is positively correlated with rETR (r=0.995). This study provides references for further study of photosynthetic characteristics of different bamboo species and the selection of their suitable growing environment.
