摘    要:以引自江苏扬州大禹观赏竹园的2年生鹅毛竹(Shibataea chinensis)、黄条金刚竹(Sasaella masamuneana f. aureostriata)、菲白竹(Pleioblastus fortunei)、菲黄竹(Pleioblastus viridistriatus)、铺地竹(Pleioblastus argenteostriatus)等5种地被竹为研究材料,研究了干旱和低温胁迫处理对地被竹超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、可溶性蛋白质等生理指标的影响,并对地被竹的耐旱、耐寒性进行综合评价。结果表明,5种引种地被竹的耐旱性从大到小的排序为鹅毛竹>黄条金刚竹>铺地竹>菲白竹>菲黄竹,耐寒性从大到小的排序为鹅毛竹﹥黄条金刚竹﹥菲黄竹﹥菲白竹﹥铺地竹。

Abstract:Using five dwarf bamboos species, including 2-year-old Shibataea chinensis, Sasaella masamuneana f. aureostriata, Sasa fortunei, Pleioblastus viridistriatus and P. argenteostriatus as experimental materials, the paper studies the impact of different draught and cold stress treatments on the physiological indexes of SOD, POD and soluble protein in the different dwarf bamboos species, and conducts the comprehensive evaluation of the draught and cold tolerance of these dwarf bamboo species. The results show that the 5 introduced dwarf bamboo species is ordered in the drought tolerance is Sh. chinensisS. masamuneana f. aureostriataP. argenteostriatusS. fortuneiP. viridistriatus, while they are ordered in the cold tolerance as Sh. chinensisS. masamuneana f. aureostriataP. viridistriatusS. fortuneiP. argenteostriatus.
