玉米自交系幼胚愈伤组织的诱导、分化及再生

摘    要:取不同基因型的玉米自交系幼胚接种在诱导培养基上,结果表明:玉米幼胚愈伤组织的形成能力因其基因型的不同而呈显著差异,同时,愈伤组织的形成还与植物激素配比有关。其中,2,4-D是最重要的因素,适合的2,4-D浓度有利于愈伤组织的诱导。目前已经成功建立了部分玉米自交系幼胚的再生体系。

Abstract:In this research,six varieties of maize(Zea mays L.) were chosen and the immature embryos were used to induce embryogenic callus.The factors affecting embryogenic callus regeneration were studied.The results were summarized that induction of embryogenic was inheritable.Different maize genotypes and the concentration of plant hormone showed different ability of embryogenic calli establishment and plant regeneration.On the whole,the concentration of 2,4-D was found to be most important factor for the induction of embryogenic calli.Maize regeneration system had established successfully.
