虎嘉鱼鳞片表面结构扫描电镜观察

摘    要:本文以虎嘉鱼为研究对象,采用扫描电镜技术对鳞片表面结构做了观察。鳞片为圆鳞,未见辐射沟,顶区无异常结构。鳞纹呈同心圆排列,基区较稀疏。鳞纹线上有许多不规则齿状突起。未见鳞纹的“切割”现象。并对用鳞片鉴定虎嘉鱼年龄和分类指标进行了初步的分析。

Abstract:By using the Scanning Electron Microscope we have done a research works of observing the scales surface shapes of 10 specmens,which are 322-581 mm boby length and this species of fish is in imminent danger. The results obtained are as follows.On the surfaces of the scale,the scale grains arrange in concentric circles and there is no any radiation ditch.on the edges of scale grains the denticular knobbles are obvious,but the shape is different from that of the other species.There is no foulld,the new groap of circuit intersects the old group on the surface of the scales.In this paper we made a descussion that the difference of the scale surfoce shapes will be one of the targets on the systematic fish,and the density and trend of scale grains are not the only basis in appraising the age of fesh.
