生鲜乳中添加皮革水解蛋白的测定方法研究

摘    要:L-羟脯氨酸是皮革水解蛋白构成的特征氨基酸,因此鉴定L-羟脯氨酸就是鉴定皮革水解蛋白。建立UV法测定生鲜乳中皮革水解蛋白,L-羟脯氨酸浓度在0μg/mL~2.0μg/mL范围呈良好的线性关系,R=0.9998。L-羟脯氨酸平均回收率为100.2%,猪皮粉平均回收率为98.1%,皮革粉平均回收率为99.9%。该方法回收率高,检出限低,工作曲线稳定,重复性好。

Abstract:L-hydroxyproline is the characteristic of leather hydrolyzed protein amino acid, the identification is the identification of L-hydroxyproline leather hydrolyzed protein.UV method established in the leather raw and fresh milk hydrolyzed protein, L-hydroxyproline concentration in the range of 0 μg/mL~2.0 μg/mL good linear relationship, R=0.9998.L-hydroxyproline average recovery was 100.2 %, pig powder average recovery was 98.1 %, and leather powder average recovery was 99.9 %.This method was high in recovery, low in detection limit, stable-working curve and good-repeating.
