摘    要:利用二维激光测速计系统准确地测量了大出口角离心泵输送清水时最优和小流量工况叶轮内部流动,试验表明,在前盖板/叶片吸力面拐角处存在尾流,但压力而不存在射流,叶轮内部流动结构与射流/尾流模型不符合,能量沿叶片宽度分布不均匀,低能量流体汇集在后盖板/吸力面拐角处。

Abstract:Water flow in a centrifugal pump impeller with large blade discharge angle and small wrap angle is measured under the conditions of the optimal efficiency and under loading respectively by using two dimensional Laser Doppler Velocimeter (LDV). The results show that the wake can be found in shroud/suction corner and the jet does not exist near blade pressure side; the flow construction in the impeller did not prove to be the well known jet/wake flow model. The specific energy distributions of fluid particles are uneven along the impeller width, and the low energy fluid converges on the hub/suction corner.
