中华通草蛉雌性生殖系统发育分级及在测报上的应用

摘    要:根据中华通草蛉雌性生殖系统解剖学特征,将其发育分为5级,并以各级卵巢主要生化成份含量变化加以验证.该分级可用于麦田测报,当雌成虫生殖系统发育至3级的个体达50%以上时,3~4d后田间雌成虫进入产卵高峰期,当发育至4级的个体达50%以上时,雌成虫进入产卵末期.

Abstract:The female reproductive system of Chrysoperla sinica was divided into 5 developmental grades according to its anatomic characteristics, and this was verified by the analytical results of the biochemical compositions including nucleic acid, protein, phospholipid etc. in the different gradational ovaries. The studies of the relationship between the quantitative changes of the ovary in the 5 different grades and the numbers of the egg produced in the field showed that the egg production reached the peak period after 3 4 days when the number of the female adult at the 3 rd grade made up above 50 percent of the total number found, and it reached the final period when the number of the female adult at the 4th grade made up above 50 percent.
