摘    要: 在分析中国水土保持科技发展现状问题的基础上,针对土壤侵蚀机制、土壤侵蚀模型、水土保持措施防蚀功能、水土保持的环境效应,以及水土保持关键技术等方面,提出了2020年的中国水土保持科学和技术的重点研究领域和对策建议。

Abstract:Based on the present situation and problems of science and technology for soil and water conservation(SWC) in China, the key research domains of science and technology for SWC in China on the soil erosion mechanism, soil erosion models, the functions of the measures of SWC, the environmental effects of SWC and the key measures of SWC are put forward. At the same time some countermeasures are also advanced.
