核桃壳力学特性分析与试验

摘    要:通过对新疆薄皮核桃的研究,采用有限单元法,根据核桃的几何尺寸和物理参数,利用有限元受力分析软件ANSYS建立了核桃的有限元分析模型,对核桃在不同方位加载下的受力状态进行了核桃壳的力学特性分析与试验。结果表明,当沿核桃缝合面短轴方向平行于打击方向击打破壳时,破壳力的峰值最大707.21N,同时有效值也最大87.66N;有效值越大,破壳过程所受到的冲击力越大,越有利于破壳。

Abstract:Through research of Xinjiang pellicular walnut finite element method,the objective of this study was to establish the analytical model of the finite element by ANSYS,on the basis of walnut geometrical dimension and physical parameters. The mechanical characteristic of the walnut shell was analyzed and tested under different conditions of force or pressure. The results showed that when along parallel direction of the sutural axis of walnut was hocked by a blow,the maximum of peak value about force of walnut shell-breaking was 707.21N and the maximum effective value was 87.66 N. The greater the effective value is,the greater the impact force were given, in process of walnut shell-breaking the more advantageous to shell-breaking.
