人参果中挥发油和无机元素的分析

摘    要:用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用仪(GC-MS-DC)法首次从人参果中分离并鉴定了26种挥发油成分,测定了他们的相对含量,并与人参不同部位挥发油成分进行了比较。同时,应用美国JARRALL-ASH800系列Mark-Ⅱ型电热耦合等离子发射光谱仪配同PDPBA计算机,首次对人参果中无机元素进行了测定分析。结果表明:人参果中存在24种以上的无机元素,各元素的相对含量各有不同。

Abstract:26 kinds of volatile oil were separated from fruit of Panax ginseng and further measured for the first time, and their relative content was determined by GC-MS-DC measurement. The results have been compared with the literature on the other parts of ginseng. By ICP-AES instrument, the inorganic elements in the fruit of Panax ginseng was detected for the first time. The results showed that there are 24 kinds of inorganic elements in fruit of ginseng. The relative quantity is different among them. It provides scientific basis for the future research in this field.
