| 摘 要： | 采用锌沉积率、组织中锌浓度和血清碱性磷酸酶活性的方法,测定了不同锌化合物(硫酸锌(标准)、氧化锌、氯化锌、硝酸锌、乙酸锌和葡萄糖酸锌)对雏鸡的生物学效价和纤维的影响。结果表明,锌的生物学效价不仅与锌的化合态有关,而且受饲粮纤维水平影响很大。不同的测定方法和不同的组织之间所得结果也有一定的差异。 |

| Abstract: | Bioavailability of zinc sulfate as standard,oxide,chloride,nitrate,acetate and gluconateand the effect of fiber on it in chicks were studied by means of zinc retention rate,zinc concen-tration in tissues and serum alkaline phosphatase activety.The results showed that significantdifferences were found in bioavailability among various compounds of zinc,on which fiberhad much effect.There were some differences in the results from different tissues by differentmethods. |
