单片机和THB6128构成的步进电机控制器设计

摘    要:以宏晶公司生产的单片机STC89C52和东芝公司生产的步进电机专用电机控制芯片THB6128为核心实现了一种结构简单的高性能、多细分、微型化两相混合式步进电动机控制器。该系统采用恒流斩波控制方式,可调的电流衰减模式可以进一步改善步进电机绕组的电流波形。驱动器最高细分数为128,提供正反向控制、使能控制、自动半流锁定功能以及过流、过热等电动机驱动器的保护功能。这种控制器成本低、容易实现、性能稳定,是步进电机控制器的一种较好选择。

Abstract:Based on the microcontroller STC89C52 produced by MCU Corporation and THB6128 produced by Toshiba Corporation,a stepping motor controller was designed for hybrid stepping motor control system,and this controller was a micro-stepping driver with high performance,simple structure and ultra small size.The driver system utilized PWM current control mode and adjustable mixed current decay mode,which could optimize the output current further.The stepping motor controller system provided selectable subdividing up to 128,and offered several functions,including direction control,enable / disable option,half current control,etc.It also had the ability of over current and over temperature protections.This controller which is of low cost,easy implementation,stable performance is a good selection for stepping motor controller system.
