| 摘 要： | 对来自日本和中国的松材线虫所携带的细菌进行了分离、纯化培养,并通过菌落形态、氧化酶检测、接触酶试验,革兰氏染色和ABT自动检测等方法,确定了中国的松材线虫所携带细菌的主要种类为假单胞菌和泛菌属,而日本的松材线虫所携带的主要是产气肠杆菌、产吲哚金黄杆菌、葡萄球菌。 |

| Abstract: | An experiment was conducted to separate, purify and cultivate the bacteria carried by Bursaphelenchus xylophilus isolated from the pine wood from China and Japan. The bacteria were identified by colonial morphology, oxygenase detection, catalase reaction, Gram stain and ATB expression. Result shows that the main bacterial species carried by B. xylophilus from China are Pseudomonas sp. and Pantoea sp.; while those from Japan are Enterobacter aerogenes, Chryseobacterium indologenes and Staphylococcus sp. |
