| 摘 要： | 针对传统热压法生产厚型MDF板存在板坯芯层升温速度慢、热压时间长等问题,研究成功以喷蒸-真空热压技术为核心的厚板制造技术,并用于国产多层普通MDF生产线的改建.采用该技术,制板热压时间大大缩短,生产能力显著提高.改建线生产的厚度为30、35 mm的中纤板,经检测可达到GB/T 11718-1999的要求.
