人工老化过程红松种胚细胞物质外渗和超微结构变化

摘    要:在温度40℃、湿度100%条件下对生活力为87%和92%的两批红松种子分别老化1、2、4d,测定种胚24h浸出液的电导率、可溶性糖和氮基酸含量,并观察胚根细胞超微结构的变化。结果表明,高活力种子抗逆性强,老化1、2d后生活力变化不大,种胚细胞物质外渗量减少,电导率与种子活力呈正相关。老化过程中,线粒体首先出现伤害,随着种子劣变的加深,氨基酸大量外渗、溶酶体破裂、细胞全面降解。

Abstract:Two lots of Korean pine seeds with viability of 87% and 92% were treated with artificially accelerated aging for 1, 2 and 4 days. Their electrical conductivity, soluble sugar and amino acid contents were tested, and ultrastructural changes of radicel cell were observed. The results indicate that the high vigor seeds possessed strong fastness; the viability of seeds aged for 1, 2 days changed little; the quantity of exudative substances of seed embryos decreased; the electrical conductivity was positively correlated with the seed vigor. During the possess of accelerated aging, mitochondria was first damaged, then along with the deterioration, amino acids exuded, the lysosomes broke, and the cells destructed overall.
