青杨叶锈病菌在落叶松上发育过程中的电子显微镜观察

摘    要:采用电子显微镜技术对青叶锈病(Melampsora larici-populina Kleb.)菌在华北落叶松(Larix principis-rupprechtii Mayr.)上的发育过程进行了初步观察。结果表明:胞间菌丝呈丝状、单核或双核,单核胞间菌丝直接穿透寄主细胞壁侵入寄主细胞形成吸器,吸器菌丝状。性孢子产生为环痕式产胞,锈孢子器疱状、锈孢子串生,具疣突。

Abstract:Electron microscopy observation on the development process of Melampsora larici-populina Kleb. on Larix principis-rupprechtii shows that the intercellular hyphae with single nucleus or the single intercellular directly penetrate the host cell walls, form haustoria inside host cell, and the haustoria are in hypha shape. It is found that pycniospores formation model is basically annellidic, aecium in shape, in which a number of aeciospora are successively formed in chain on each aeciosporophore. There are a lot of papillous spines on mature aeciospore.
